It is clear that we need to change the way in which we relate to the natural resources on our planet, to transition to ways of producing and consuming that are more responsible when it comes to the environment and human dignity. It is necessary that we decrease the pollution and externalities linked to production and mass scale and thing instead in the value creation of local economies. We must strengthen the agricultural and food sovereignty of small scale farmers and their communities and stimulate diversity in the face of monoculture and industrial agricultural production. These are the kinds of ideas that motivate our work.
